Important Information
Please wait to be informed by a member of our Customer Service team before proceeding to the Number 10 Design showroom. We will inform you when your order is ready for collection and the times you may collect it.

2. PARCEL DELIVERY (Accessories)
We offer a parcel delivery service for online purchases of home accessories. The cost for this parcel delivery service is €4.99 and it can be selected at the check-out. If products are in stock, the estimated waiting time for a parcel delivery is 7 -15 working days.

3. FURNITURE/LARGE ITEMS DELIVERY
Delivery by the Number 10 Design in-house delivery team is available and ranges in price from €25 (Kildare) to €49 (counties in Ireland other than Kildare).

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery takes place from Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 9am-5pm
You will receive a delivery date via e-mail within 48 hours after placing your order.
If the products ordered are in stock and available for delivery, they are delivered within 7 – 15 days.
If the item is not in stock on the date of purchase, we will provide you with a lead time for the arrival of your product to our warehouse and we will contact you with a delivery date when your order arrives into our warehouse.
Once a delivery date has been scheduled you will receive a call from us at least 2 working days in advance to confirm the details. On the morning of your scheduled delivery, a member of our delivery team will contact you within two hours of the expected delivery time.
We make every effort to deliver goods within an estimated period of 30 days; however, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors of which you will be advised. We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales provided. Please note that a delivery cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as our deliveries are prepared the evening before a scheduled delivery. You must advise us of any cancellation at least 2 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date. A cancellation outside this time period will lead to a re-delivery charge of €50 which must be paid before your re-scheduled delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We at Number 10 Design want to ensure that your shopping experience with us both online and in-store is as user friendly as possible.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on furniture unless the furniture product is deemed faulty.
We do offer a refund on the following items – giftware, rugs, lighting, pictures & mirrors, cushions & throws. A refund will only be provided on these items if they are returned to us within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, in merchantable condition and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return under this policy if the goods are not in a re-saleable and as new condition, save for products which are damaged or faulty.
Any refunds (to include any delivery charges incurred) will be made via the method of original payment you used to make your purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or on being informed of the cancellation of the order. Refunds will not be provided without an original receipt. If the original purchase was made with a credit/debit card, that card must be present and available when the refund is made.
